Sign the Petition: Urge Congress to Expand Pre-K Funding

We know Pre-K education has a lasting impact. Studies show:

• ✔️students who complete high-quality Pre-K programs are more likely to find academic and career success
• ✔️ children who read at a peer level by third grade have exponentially better career outcomes

But most American families – particularly in lower-income communities and communities of color – don't have that opportunity. The United States ranks 28th in early learning enrollment, with only 29 percent of four-year-olds enrolled in state-funded Pre-K.

Together, we can change that. House Democrats have just proposed a $4 billion increase to two federal programs that will provide Pre-K resources to programs, allowing schools to enroll thousands of children from waitlists.
